Loved it and had a blast. The only negative is that apparently they no longer stamp kids and parents at the door like they did when I was raising my children. I liked that small extra touch of safety and sad to see it gone.

I’m always here for my kids bday and never had a bad experience. Gets crowded on the wknds so have to keep your eyes on your children. When I go during the wk I let them play and run with no worries cause it’s not crowded at all. My wife and I were able to play games while the children were in the bounce house. Everyone had fun lol

This place way too expensive for what they offer. Definitely not what it used to be. Save your money and go to a trampoline park or a playground.

It's been a while since I've been to a CEC, and things my have changed! I was there for a birthday party for a two-year-old, and they had a blast! I walked in, and the table was already set with their name and Happy Birthday decorations provided by CEC. The adults sat around while the kids and their party guests went from rides to games and a play area! There was an announcement for everyone to return to their table for pizza and drinks! Then out came Chuckie, and the kids all gathered around him/her like he/she was a god! "Happy Birthday" was played, and everyone sang all at once! Then the server brought out a birthday cake and those frozen dots for everyone in your group or party! CEC gave everyone and their guess a gift for attending, along with a bunch of tokens for the birthday person! Although it's been a while since I've been to a kid's birthday party at a CEC, it was a good time watching all the little kids running round having a good time! Oh, and ChuckE went from table to table taking pictures! I'm gonna assume that this was somw kind of package deal that CEC has set up for the parents! I think it is a grand idea! They provide everything you need to celebrate and they al

I had read some bad reviews, but when I booked a birthday party, they were very kind, helped me with everything, and answered all my questions. They also made paying very easy, even though I added extra services like the trampoline. Everything was great, and they provided everything included in the party package. I think it depends a lot on the person who serves you.
